Tab Pulse stores all of its data locally, on your device, using Chrome's built-in
chrome.storage.local API. Tab Pulse does not operate any server, does not transmit your browsing data
anywhere, and does not share data with any third party.
To provide its tab and site statistics, Tab Pulse records, locally on your device only:
example.com) of sites you visit, and how many times you visit each one.
Tab Pulse does not record full URLs, page titles, page content, form input, search queries, or any data typed into pages. Only the domain portion of a URL is stored.
Tab Pulse does not make network requests for analytics, tracking, remote storage, remote code, or site icons. Browsing statistics remain on your device.
All statistics are stored using chrome.storage.local, which keeps data on your device and tied to
your Chrome profile. Tab Pulse does not use chrome.storage.sync and does not back up or sync your
data to any account or cloud service.
You can permanently delete all stored data at any time from the dashboard's "Clear all data" control. Uninstalling the extension also removes all of its stored data from your device.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change, and a new version will be published with the corresponding extension update.
